As for the FC, if you have a friend in Japan subscribing for you, he/she can subscribe with your name but he/she will have to give his/her adress and phone number (it won't work if it's not a phone number in Japan). That's what my French friend who got me my tickets did, she is in the FC with her name but it's the address and phone number of her friend in Japan. Anyway, if it's your name on the FC card, you won't have problems. If it's someone from the FC who got you the tickets and is not coming with you to the concert, it might be safe that you make him/her do a letter like "I swear on the honnor that blablablabla has her tickets by me blablablabla". That's what nyanchan and tenjostyle did, but nobody controlled them, but you might want to ask them what that letter was.
